ALSPEC Selects Manhattan SCALE to Optimize Warehouse Management Operations
ALSPEC is a privately-owned Australian company at the forefront of the Australian Aluminium Systems market. ALSPEC has invested heavily in research and development to ensure a continual supply of groundbreaking systems, improved products and new technology.
The Challenge
The company’s legacy systems lacked the flexibility required to support its growth strategy. ALSPEC recognized the need to upgrade its legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The existing system, which had been developed in-house and was largely paper-based had simply become too rudimentary to support the company’s rapidly evolving needs, as well as those of its customers.
